What kind of theme do we want? Will it be a casual affair, barefoot, mid afternoontowards dusk time period? Will it be a semi-formal, long gown affair with dusk
towards evening time frame? Know what you want and start from there.
Once you have decided on a theme, you can now think of "who" will be attending, the
people who matter to you and your partner. Are these mostly relatives from both
sides? Or mostly friends? Why would this matter? If you have a good number of
relatives outnumbering your friends, you will have to think of good seating places for
the `young at heart', an area for the kids to run around, and other small details that
will make your guests feel comfortable and enjoyable.
