When the bride and groom plan a wedding – they often have out of town guests. So if you are having a beach wedding, give them sunglasses and sun block. You might also want to give them snacks or activities they can do in their hotel rooms. Ask members of the wedding party to be in charge of welcoming out of town guests. While they may not need to be physically picked up at the airport, dropping by their hotel or even just giving them a call as they’ve arrived is a very nice thing to do.
