French Weddings + Filipino brides

Another interesting way to tie the knot
is by having French weddings.

It is a practice in most French towns that the groom meets the bride at her home on the wedding day. The bride and the groom walk together to the ceremony with children running along with them throwing white ribbons that the bride cuts while she is walking. They believe that fragrant flowers will cast of evil spirits so the flowers are used for the decorations and bouquet.

The couple stands under a silk canopy which is believed to protect them from bad luck. After the wedding ceremony is done, laurel leaves are scattered outside the church. The guest usually brings small cake in the reception and they are piled in the middle of a table. It is a belief that if the bride and the groom get to kiss over the top of the cakes, it will symbolize a long life together.

Filipinos have an interesting wedding culture. It is a belief of the Filipinos that brides should not try to wear the wedding gown before the wedding day. The groom should be the first one to arrive at the wedding ceremony before the bride to avoid bad luck. It is also their practice that siblings should not marry at the same year. Rice confetti is being thrown at the bride and the groom to bring them prosperity.

Different countries have different wedding cultures in which the couple may adapt to when they have their big day. Get to know different countries wedding culture. It will definitely be a unique and memorable wedding.

A look @ Czech Republic weddings culture

There are a lot of wedding traditions and customs which vary because of different practices in each country. Couples nowadays are inspired by the beautiful wedding cultures in countries. Some couples who come from different countries would incorporate their own wedding culture and have a very meaningful and traditional wedding.
For example in the Czech Republic wedding traditions is one of the very symbolic wedding customs and traditions. Similar to traditional weddings, Czech weddings also highlights the bride. The wedding reception is very unique since before the festivities start, someone should break a plate. This is not just to signify the start of the wedding reception but to introduce the groom and the bride with a wish of happiness. The bride and the groom also ness to eat soup together using one spoon as if they are forced to eat together. This signifies that they are united and they must stick together through good and bad. The most interesting and fun part of having a Czech wedding is when the friends of the groom kidnap the bride. They will hide the bride and the groom must be able to find her until a specific time given by his friends. If he fails to do that, the groom needs to buy the bride from his friends. This means that the groom needs to protect his wife forever.

Unique Wedding Photography

Many couples today are searching for unique wedding photo ideas and poses or even graphics in photography. With the competition rising, professional wedding photopgrahers are constantly struggling to top themselves. Brides and grooms are trying everything to capture the best wedding moments from descending into caves to underwater shots. One professonal photographer followed a newlywed couple into the jungles of Mexico, into a hole in the earth, through waist deep water and a flock of bats, just to capture a shot of the happy couple in an underground beam of light.
These extreme efforts produce stunning photographs that capture a couple’s uniqueness while providing surreal effects. Typically, couples who seek to capture these unique photos will wait until a day or two after their original ceremony and prior to their honeymoon. These types of photos stand out against traditional wedding shots and are considered conversation pieces for the future. Once in a lifetime photography compliments once in a lifetime moments very well. The dramatic appearance of wedding apparel against stark and unusual surroundings add to the shock value of both the experience itself, and the product on film.

Couples want their big day captured on film and they desire to have virtually every moment immortalized. Unscripted wedding moments are as important as are the scripted ones and it’s up to the photographer to provide unique choices and unique angles. It’s also up the photographer to capture creative wedding portraits of not only the bride and groom, but the rest of the wedding party and the guests as well. For these reasons alone couples are taking major “dress ruining” risks in order to ensure they get the most unique photos possible.
According to award winning photographers Sol Tamargo and Mattt Adcock, these risky photo sessions are happening more and more. “It’s really getting popular,” says Matt, “Last year we shot 22 TTD (Trash the Dress) sessions, and at this point now we’ve already shot 30 and change, and we’ll still do 8 to 10 more. We’ve had 89 inquiries for the month of July, and at least half of them are interested in TTD.” The popularity of this “dress trashing” concept travels through word of mouth as well as through the growing online forums covering the subject.
Unique photographs for your wedding are only a phone call, or a web search away. If you’re interested in exploring extreme photography for your big day, take some time to do your homework. Consult your present photographer and see ‘how far’ he or she is willing to go to guarantee you get exactly what you want for your wedding album. Remember, extreme unique photography can cost more than the traditonal variety because of the risks posed to both photographer and equipment. But, when it comes to this high-end option – you wil get just what you pay for. Professional and qualified photographers will reserve the right to apply additional fees for services outside their typical comfort zone. So, if you ask your photographer to go rock climbing with you so that he can get a shot of you and your honey on the side of a cliff, be prepared to pay the price. brought to you by Children photography
