Videography Wedding Info

Videography

If you choose to have a video taken of your wedding make sure that you use the services of a firm that uses professional equipment to record and edit the film. Ask to view some samples of their work and compare the cost of videos with and without a soundtrack.

You will need to check that the church in which you are getting married will allow the use of video equipment during the service and also if this will incur a fee. The videotaping of the wedding service may require a Church Copyright License, so you will need to check with your minister or videographer about this. More information is also available It is polite to obtain the consent of the musicians performing at your wedding before including footage of them playing.

Many companies provide pre-recorded soundtracks, but you may prefer to give your video a more personal touch by using your favorite pieces of music in the film. The video company will need to obtain a license from the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society to reproduce music taken from a CD or cassette, but it would probably be worth the extra money and make the video mean more to you in the years to come.

Reverends are they supposed to wera the mic or is it just the groom to perform the ceremony (with whom we will be able to talk with prior to the date of our wedding regarding our vows);
12 covered chairs on Lanikai beach (although we likely will need only 12, can we arrange for two more if it looks like there will be space and we have the need?);
An isle covered with flower pedals;
My bouquet (which I can select from the various designs on your website. If there is not a style I like on the website, will I be able to send you a picture of what I am looking for?);
Your coordination before and during the ceremony; and
A consolation with you on Friday, August 12 at your office to discuss final coordination plans (e.g., the precise location on the beach where we will have the ceremony, etc).
We will pay a $300 deposit by credit card. For the balance, I believe you indicated that your company takes only cash. before the wedding when we come see you? Paul (my Paul :)) had a few last questions, as follows:
Do you accept payment by paypal?
Do you have a contract that we will enter into regarding the hawaii wedding services? If so, can you please send us a copy?
What happens if the weather does not cooperate or we need to cancel the wedding (e.g., what are your general cancellation policies and those for items outside of our control, like the weather)?
I will be out most of the day today, so the best way to reach me is by e-mail. We will check our e-mail tonight to confirm the wedding package and then give you a call (or send an e-mail) tomorrow to take the next steps.
Best, Nadia
